I just had a great stay at this hotel by the beach! The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beautiful sandy shore. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. And the added bonus of a drying rack for swimsuits and towels was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers great value for money, making it an affordable option for families. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the wonderful beachfront location.
All in all, everything was fine with my stay.

The location of the hotel is directly on the beach...and it is at the end of the line so it is less crowded than Narbonne Plage.
We arrived at 12;30 and a very nice man was having lunch with his family and explained to us in English that the reception was closed until 2pm. I have never been at a hotel where the reception was closed and you couldnt get into your room. Well, this nice man kept explaining this to people as they arrived, five of us by now. Anyway...sure enough...he was the man, the receptionist! It was just kind of strange...but you are in France! Also, a huge wind took away my husbands beer while at the hotel bar...their wood lunch sign was also caught by the wind and hit him rather hard in the arm...glass all over...we, of course, were charged for that beer...at dinner, they did not have one entree after another, so the waitress kept having to change my order. While my original order had a salad starter, by the time I got to what I had to get, the entire order itself included a very large salad...well...all salads were brought and charged when it was totally unnecessary. How can the hotel be out of everything with a fresh market every morning just a few feet away? Break fast is not worth the $6 euros each. Just a piece of ham, some cheese, orange juice and coffee. The dispensers were there for cereal but nobody went to the effort. There was a lot of that going on.

The location.
The poor state of the room which was not clean. The bed had dirty covers. There were toenail clippings on the carpet. The room was very small and the air conditioning ineffective. The breakfasts were very very poor indeed with a lack of variety and as an example there was no butter left and staff could not access the restaurant for more.

We loved the hotel's location right in front of the sea, with a beautiful view and easy access to a good beach. It was also very convenient to be within walking distance to great restaurants in this city. The hotel was clean, had all the necessary facilities and provided easy parking options.
Everything is perfect, there is nothing to dislike.

The location is brilliant and facilities for the price and 2* rating are good. Just a tip, if you are arriving late ensure you contact the hotel (our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight). The desk closes at 8 p.m but they gave us the code for the entry system and left our room door unlocked. I was confused to see cleaning equipment in a cupboard our beds were made and the room cleaned and tidied by staff. Handy "casino" supermarket right opposite for water etc.
Wifi expensive at 5 euros a hour.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the views. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the little kitchen area in the room. It was so convenient to have the option to prepare meals. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent service and amenities.
The hotel could benefit from some improvements in terms of safety.

Directly at the beach (no stree to cross); cheap and good; friendly staff; fund and shopping possibilities close-by;
sometimes noisy due to traffic (until midnight); cleaning of stairs and lobby could be more often

This hotel offers a great location right on the beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful seaside. The rooms are equipped with balconies that provide a lovely view of the surroundings, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers a kitchenette and a fridge in each room, giving guests the convenience of preparing their own meals. Visitors can also find a small Casino supermarket conveniently located across the road, making it easy to purchase any necessary items.
Despite its positive aspects, there is room for improvement.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, which is one of its best aspects, and it provides a sea view from some of its rooms. The proximity to shops and restaurants is also great. the hotel provides some equipment, such as a fridge, which is a useful advantage for a weekend stay.
The parking situation was not optimal, and we had difficulty finding a parking spot. some areas of the hotel had poor lighting, which posed a potential safety issue.
